The Heat of Fusion Lab will serve as our practical lab final.

The goal is to use all of the skills that you have learned all year to perform successfully in lab, and then be able to write a well organized lab report. Good Luck!! :) The following table shows the points break-down for each section of your lab report.

Purpose	5 points
Procedure Equipment: Steps: 1. 2. 3.	Procedure: sufficient for others to successfully reproduce your results:
Data/Observations/Calculations (Tables or charts are best)	Data: 15 points Calculations: 20 points
Analysis	Calculating percent error and being within specified limits: 15 points Accurately assessing sources of error: 15 points.
Conclusions	Summarizing results and applying chemical principles and theory to the experiment: 10 points.

As always, typed reports receive 10 additional points! ;)
